Delivery charges are free for standard USPS or UPS ground on orders over $250.00. Orders under $250.00 or expedited orders will be calculated according to your choice of service and zip code.

Online payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, American Express, money orders may be taken with prior approval from Jerry Lee's Music.

If you live in the State of Georgia we will have to charge you 7% Sales Tax on your purchase. Online purchases from other states (including Florida) do not get charged a sales tax. However if customers from other states purchase in our store, sales tax is due.

Orders placed during normal work hours will be shipped within 1-2 business days, orders taken after normal hours will be processed on the next business day and shipped within 1-2 days. Orders expedited for faster delivery can be calculated at checkout and determined by your choice of UPS delivery and your zip code.

After ordering your items are carefully packaged and shipped.  All stringed instruments are given a final thorough inspection then packaged and shipped.

You will receive an invoice with you order. Please store it in a safe place in case you need to refer to it for warranty purposes in the future.
